The Council receives occasional requests from members of the public who wish to place a memorial bench within Tadcaster Cemetery. There is no legislative requirement for the Council to provide memorial benches although it is accepted that they provide a useful and valued public amenity. If you wish to place a memorial bench or plaque in the Cemetery please contact the Town Council for further information.
