Remembrance Sunday 2020

Respects were paid to the fallen heroes on Remembrance Sunday. There was no parade or service around the war memorial this year but the town still remembered the fallen. The Mayor of Tadcaster, Councillor Steve Cobb laid a wreath on behalf of Tadcaster Town Council to honour their memory.

‘This year we remember then and reflect on now. We remember the services and sacrifice made by so many peoples, communities and nations 75 years ago, and reflect on the services and sacrifice of so many today'.
